Our deep cleans hit all of the same items as our standard residential cleans, and then some, with the major difference being the time spend on certain items. Bathrooms & kitchens, for example, can easily become built up with grease, grime, soap scum and the like. During a deep clean service, extra time will be spent busting all of this up, even the stuff you can’t necessarily see. If we need to, we will even break out the power tools!

Common Areas.

The common areas in your home see a ton of traffic. Over time, this can result in buildup of dirt, dust, and whatever else is being tracked around. Our deep cleaning service will get in all those nooks and crannies & we will pull out all of our tricks to get your home ready for basic maintenance cleans.

Kitchens.

The kitchen. It is the center of the home. It is also a great place for bacteria and other ickies to hide out. Our deep cleaning service will give your kitchen an extra thorough cleansing. All the normal items will be cleaned, as well as the inside of the refrigerator, stove, cabinets, and whatever else you want to give some extra love to. The tops of the cabinets tend to harbor grease & dust, and we make sure to scrub those, too.

Bathrooms.

No other room can benefit from a deep cleaning perhaps as much as the bathroom. By the very nature of the bathroom, they can get a little yucky. If you’ve got some buildup on the sink, toilet, and tub, this could be the service for you. A standard residential clean will get a bathroom wiped & sanitized, but if you have buildup, our deep cleaning service is the best solution. Let us bust that crud!

FAQs

Some furniture items may be moved during the deep cleaning process. Larger items such as beds, dressers, etc. will not be moved but will be throroughly cleaned underneath. We try to keep furniture moving to a minumum, mainly because we don’t want to ding up those beautiful floors of yours!
The most notable difference is time spent on certain items. Some homes would see very little benefit from a deep clean. However, if there is build up of dirt, grim, soap scum, and the like (especially in kitchens & bathrooms) we would spend a significant amount of time and effort on these items to get them back up to snuff!
Many of our residential clients have us do a deep clean as the first appointment when beginning recurring service. It may or may not be necessary, however, depending on the current status of your home. This can be discussed during the walkthrough and decided at that point.
Yes. If you would like us to just come and deep clean your bathrooms, we can do that. Just the kitchen? We can do that. Just let us know what is most important to you and those items will get our attention.
We can generally get most buildup off and get your home sparkling again. Between our elbow grease and our power tools, we can generally make a huge improvement for you!
However, if your tub or showerpan is 30+ years old, we likely can’t make it look brand new again. Much better, yes. Sanitary, yes. New, probably not. We feel that we should mention this upfront just so both sides have reasonable expectations.
