PET STAIN & ODOR TREAMENT
We all love our pets, but they can often leave our homes in a bit of disarray. Pet dander, urine, vomit and the like can be left behind by our furry friend. While most homeowners clean up Fido’s mess as soon as he makes it, many readily available urine & pet treatments only provide a surface level cleaning or simply remove the visible spot while not addressing the odor molecules that are left behind. If you are wondering where that smell is coming from but can’t see anything with the naked eye, we can help pinpoint and attack these invisible sources of pet odor directly.
UNKNOWN STAINS
Most organic-based stains can be removed during our normal carpet cleaning processes without extra treatment. Some stains, however, are more difficult to remove and require specific attention. Inks, grease, blood, make up, and red-dye type stains fall into this category and generally require an extra charge.
Although rare, some unknown stains cannot be removed completely.
HEAVY SOILING/RENTAL PROPERTIES
Heavily soiled & unmaintained carpets can present a variety of different challenges when it comes to trying to get them back to a serviceable condition. These carpets receive our Platinum Carpet Care Package as a base, plus whatever extra efforts are necessary to help bring them back to life. Which Carpet Cleaning Service Do I Need?

Our Carpet Refresh service is our most basic carpet cleaning service. This should be considered a maintenance service or cleaning for lightly soiled carpets. Best for lightly used areas & homes with no pets or small children.

This service applies to the majority of homes. This is best for homes with pets, children, or people on the move. Extra cleaning steps ensure that your carpet is cleaned deeply and thoroughly. This service is best for homes with moderate to approaching heavy soiling levels.
This service is also our default starting point for those moving into or out of a new home or apartment. If you feel that our Refresh Service is all that is necessary, just let us know during the booking process.

This service is for homeowners that want their carpet deep cleaned AND protected. This service serves the same group as out Platinum Service, with the addition of the application of a carpet protectant that helps resist staining and makes future carpet cleanings quicker & less invasive, therefor making future cleanings easier on the wallet. This service should be considered if you own a Vacation Rental or any property with pets, children, or heavy traffic.
